Heh!  Existence is positive.  Or Positivist?  I forget how that goes.

"Software is real" sounds like it means something to a techie.  Whose
realities presumably center around software.  Doubt it means anything to
Suits.  Definitely doesn't mean anything to artists or game designers.
I think for the latter, my slogan would be "Software is In The Way."
:-)

If you're trying to market to techies, you're doing fine.  And that may
be what OCaml has to do for awhile.

Incidentally, I used to run MLSIG-Seattle, but we've moved on to a more
inclusive group called SeaFunc, about functional programming languages
in general.  Merged with a few Schemers, basically.  Homepage for the
