Which version of Orca and RRDtool are you using.

Orca's smart enough to get the last update time from the RRD file and
only try to add newer data to it, since RRD files don't accept data
older than the latest update time.

Since you're seeing this, something odd is going on.

Is there anything else unique with your setup?
