For some reason I did not get Bair's reply in orca-developers.. argh.

Anyway, on the machine that I've been posting output from, here's
the result of that program:

rcarruth at msfree> /opt/RICHPse/bin/se /tmp/testme.se
MAX_DISK = 2
MAX_IF   = 3
MAX_CPU  = 2
MAX_INTS = 2

This is as non-root user (obviously!)

And here is as root:

# /opt/RICHPse/bin/se /tmp/testme.se
MAX_DISK = 2
MAX_IF   = 3
MAX_CPU  = 2
MAX_INTS = 2
