You need to just set up SE and orcallator.se on the new machine and
make sure that the output data files are accessible by Orca.

I install SE and orcallator.se on filesystem that is NFS mounted by
all of the systems I want to monitor and have the orcallator.se
output files write to the same filesystem, which Orca reads.
