Which Perl did configure find.  Looking at your Orca output, it found
5.005, not 5.6.1.  It'll take the first perl in your PATH.  You can
run

env PERL=/some/path/to/perl ./configure --prefix=/opt/orca ....

to specify the Perl to use.

Also, --with-html-dir should use an absolute directory, not a
relative one.

You need to run orcallator.se on the systems you want to measure data
on.
