The best I know of is MRTG
http://people.= ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/ , which can use a
variety of plugins to gather the data from the linux host... it doesn't actually use orca at all, although I imagine you could configure some of the plugins to work with orca. you can see the list of plugins here:

I use orca to track all my solaris boxes, as nothing i have found comes anywhere near as indepth and reliable as it and the SEtoolkit... I use
mrtg for everything else, as there is no SEtoolkit for linux...
