I don't have a copy handy.

Actually, start_orcallator.sh is an intermediate step in generating
start_orcallator from start_orcallator.sh.in in the Orca tar.gz.

Edit the file to set WEB_LOG to the absolute location of your web access
log and set WATCH_WEB, ie

WEB_LOG=/usr/apache/logs/access_log
WATCH_WEB=-DWATCH_WEB

If your access logs are squid or NCSA proxy logs, then you'll have to
use a different WATCH_WEB setting.
