The format looks fine, except that it's missing the refer and client
identification fields, but quickly looking at orcallator.se, it
doesn't appear that it needs these field.

Can't think of anything else, but you've restarted orcallator.se
after setting start_orcallator correctly?

The other thing to do is to run orcallator.se by hand and have it
only watch the access log.  Something like this:

env WEB_LOG=/u01/app/netscape/..... se -d -DWATCH_WEB orcallator.se 5

and see what the debugging output says to see what orcallator.se is
doing.
