[Orca-users] ORCA install on Windows NT

Hello All

I am trying to install ORCA on a windows NT machine.

I couldn't find the binaries on www.orcaware.com

I have downloaded the lasteset tar.gz archive, but can't do configure and make

I have also tried the URL given in the document hacking 

http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91

but can find ORCA under the software listed

Any ideas ?
