Jon,

Using MAX instead of AVERAGE was for one user's choice in consolidation
function.  To get no consolidation requires something similar to the code
I sent.

Great.  If you want, download the latest Orca source code using
Subversion, update your copy and send in the output of 'svn diff'
for us to review.
