[Orca-users] Orca problem

Hi Mariusz,

First of all, HPUX comes with a simple cc as part of  the standard
installation.
This is a pre-ANSI cc only, so even if you set CC=cc ( I guess that is what
you should do) you will have troubles in any case because of different
parameters used by the two compilers.

If you have any restriction I advise you to install the additional HP
ANSI/ISO C compiler. However, this compiler
does not come as part of the standard installation, costs extra and doesn't
support all the parameters of gcc.

If you don't have any restrictions I suggest you to install gcc.
