It is not clear to me how your installation looks like. From the /opt/RICHPse
prefix I suggest you are using the RICHPse 3.5.0 binary package from SourceForge.
This already includes versions for all platforms:

root at login [login]:/opt/RICHPse/libexec > ls -al
total 5658
drwxr-xr-x 2 root bin 6 Feb 17 09:18 .
drwxr-xr-x 16 root bin 16 Feb 17 09:18 ..
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root bin 761184 Aug 5 2008 se.amd64
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root bin 545104 Aug 5 2008 se.i386
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root bin 534180 Aug 5 2008 se.sparc
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root bin 676504 Aug 5 2008 se.sparcv9

If you are compiling SE Toolkit from source make sure to read INSTALL.SRC
as the autoconf-setup are a bit tricky. This is due to the fact that there
are two personalities of packages that can be produced:
- A classic RICHPse-style package with all architectures included
- An OpenCSW-style package with Sparc in one package and i386/amd64 in
  another package.

Best regards
