[Svnmerge] SVNMerge.exe looks for d drive

When running svnmerge.exe I sometimes get the following error:

ImportError: PYZ entry 'encodings' (0j) is not a valid code object

This only hapens about every 1 in 3 times.
It looks like there are some hardcoded paths in the executable.
Anyone got any ideas?
