[Svnmerge] Removing block checkins from avail list?

Is it possible to get the checkins that are only blocks of changes on
the branch being merged, filtered out from the avail list?

It's an annoyance to have to go through the log list and manually block
against it (and then this change becomes a change that needs to be
blocked in the other branch... and the block becomes a new change and so
forth...).
