[Orca-users] Problems starting Orca

Hello,

I've just installed Orca 0.23 with Orcallator.se-1.15 successfully.  Start_orcallator
successfully starts the orallator.se daemon and data is being collected.
However, when I start orca itself, the following error message is generated:

Can someone help me out...Probably something simple I missed in the config.
