Hi Josh,

It sounds like Orca may not be running  Has it stopped running, or
maybe it is no longer being run via cron.  Also, you may want to run
Orca with -v and save standard error to a file so you can review it
later for any problems.

Orca and orcallator.se work the way you describe below.

The only documentation is in the POD manual page contained in
src/orca.pl.in or docs/orca.txt after you successfully run make.
