A couple of questions:

1) Which method of generating new orcallator files are you using?

2) Is orcallator generating several files for the same day?

3) Can you explain your set up in more detail?

4) What timezone if your Orca host using and what timezones are your
   orcallator.se hosts using?

5) Which version of Orca are you using?

Orca has been programmed to ignore old files when the current day and
the day when the files were last checked differ. If files get old any
other time, then it'll complain.
