I'll begin by saying that these are good ideas and I've been
wondering how to generate the HTML pages that navigate better.

That being said, I don't have a lot of time to spend on Orca and
Orca being an open source project, the way it'll move forward is
for people to "scratch their own itch" and contribute time and code
to make Orca better.

I'm working on setting up Orca in the Subversion source control
system so that people can contribute.

Are you interested in working on this?
