Thanks.  I've checked these files into

http://svn.orcaware.com:8000/repos/trunk/orca/data_gatherers/aix/

and

http://svn.orcaware.com:8000/repos/trunk/orca/data_gatherers/hp/

They need some cleanup work to not harwire paths and use Orca's
configure script to allow other users to easily use these on their
systems.

Since I don't have an AIX or HP system, I'd rather not do all the
work for fear of breaking something, but it would be great if
somebody could take this one.  I'd be glad to help out.
