[Orca-users] I can't get orcallator to start

I figure I missed something on the installation.  Here's what I did:

installed RICHPse version 3.2.1
copied *orca* from a working Solaris 8 machine.
ran /usr/local/bin/start_orcallator.

it creates the .pid file, then dies.

How do I diagnose what went wrong?
