Actually, it isn't.  The patch should take care of translating 
"(PDH-TSV-blahblahblah blah blah)" to "timestamp" internally.  So my 
guess is that the patch you used did not work with 528.

I will generate a new patch for that file and get it to you.  Once we 
verify it works, we can put the new patch in the current snapshot.
