[Svnmerge] Resetting all initializations and settings

Nevermind,

As usual, on minute after i ask for help on a forum i find the answer. I had
been looking at the wrong folders properties when trying to find the
property to edit. Removing the bad folder from there resolved my issue, and
now the correct revisions are showing when doing an avail command.
