[Svnmerge] Problem with init

Hello,
Trying svnmerge for the first time.  WinXP, Subversion 1.4.6, svnmerge
r30181.

When I try to init in a branch directory, I get an error:

[C:\temp\SVNTest\Proj1\Test\branches\CB1]
>c:\new\svnmerge\svnmerge.py --version
svnmerge r30181
