[Svnmerge] Unable to get --bidirectional flag to work.

Thanks Dustin.  This fixed the problem.  It seems to be finding 
reflected revisions correctly now.  I appreciate your help with this. 

Any idea why it would add the extra '/'?  If, not that is fine.
