[Svnmerge] Issue with the SvnMerge Windows Gui tool.

Hi, Iam new to SVNMerge, Iam not sure If Iam doing anything wrong. But when Iam trying to use the Gui Tool just after I select a working copy, the tool complains that I need to get a new/latest version of the subversion client tool. Could you please let me know where I can get it or help me around the issue?
