No.  I'd like to make sure that tape measurements happen regardless of
the USE_RAWDISK setting.  Right now the tape measurement code is in the
#ifdef USE_RAWDISK
#endif

section.  Commenting out USE_RAWDISK is just to make sure that the
tape measurements happen regardless.
