Did you change both "#define SAMPLE_INTERVAL" in orcallator.se to 10 and 
change "interval" in orcallator.cfg to 10 ?

You probably already know but changing your interval to 10 seconds makes 
Orca rather CPU heavy top heavy.  Also, using an interval of 10 second in 
some ways makes it difficult to "see the forest because of the trees".  Do 
you really need a 10 second interval ?
