[Orca-users] RRD files not getting created

We had the orca processes shut down for a couple of weeks owing to an
admin error. When we went to restart it, it scrolls huge numbers of
these sort of errors:
/usr/local/bin/orca: internal error: expecting RRD name
`orcallator_longhorn-cc_gauge_qfe1NoCP/s' but no data loaded from
`/usr/local/var/orca/orcallator/longhorn-cc/percol-2004-06-23-000.gz'
at time Wed Jun 23 22:55:02 2004 (1088045702).

Moving aside the existing orcallator directory and restarting it
results in most of the rrd files not being created.

/usr/local/var/orca/rrd/orcallator/o_longhorn-cc# ls -al |grep gauge|wc -l
      14
/usr/local/var/orca/rrd/orcallator.old/o_longhorn-cc# ls -al | grep
gauge | wc -l
     368

I still have all the data files for the past 90 days. How do I get
this back to being a running instance?
