Hi Michael,

The current Orca snapshot now has support for measuring data on Windows servers 
and processing that data on a Unix box.

With some more work, you could modify the Orca Perl script by hand to replace 
all the @XXXX@ with a Perl version number or proper path, then it should work. 
Finally, you could use ppm to install the modules Perl requires.
