[Svnmerge] Phantom revs support done!

Hello,

I have just committed the support for phantom revisions. From a purely
functional point of view, this means that now "svnmerge avail" only shows
those revisions which are really commits in head (and not also commits in
other parts of the repository -- so called 'phantom' revisions).
Technically, this also means that "svnmerge merge" will automatically
incorporate those phantom revisions into the svnmerge-integrated property,
so not to show them anymore.

Testing is welcome. Use "svn co svn://pyinstaller.hpcf.upr.edu/svnmerge" to
get latest version.
