[Svnmerge] Error during "svnmerge.py init"

Can you send more details?  A run with '-v -v' (for very verbose
output) would help.  There's no need to send all of the spewed XML,
although a bit if it might help figure out what's wrong.  Also please
give the versions of svnmerge and svn.
